      image If you are looking for excellent service from your insurance agent, please contact Louella.   She was able to help us with our commercial insurance needs and get our premiums back in line again from our previous carrier; she is prompt and responds immediately to our insurance requests.   Louella is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and steps up to the plate when needed at a moment's notice - Wow, that is what I call an insurance professional - she is someone we are glad to have looking out for our insurance needs, and not getting lost in a 1-800 number of an service center located in another state.  Highly recommend Louella at Farmers in the Northgate area of Walnut Creek.
