I received an email from this company stating I had not paid my flood insurance when in fact I did several months prior. I could not reach the case manager by any means although I sent several emails and left a phone message at the number provided in the initial email I received from them. After multiple attempts I did make contact with a very helpful employee named Susie Perez. She confirmed I did indeed pay my insurance premium and apologized for the mistake her employer had made. I NEVER received an email or return call from my supposed agent of record. It was stressful not knowing if my policy was going to be cancelled within a few days since I couldnt get a response from anyone. Thanks to Susie it was resolved, but no thanks to my agent of record. I dont have much trust in this company anymore.

I worked with Christina on the insuring of my rental home in Little Elm. She was amazing! I received a very competitive quote, and she took care of all the paperwork (even setting up the autopayment). Very very happy with her fantastic service. Thank you Christina.

(updated 2/13/23, changed to 5 stars). I had always been happy with them. I talked with the owner and it sounds they were just busy during the holidays with people out and the big set of rains that pummeled the bay area in January. We set a plan to adjust deductible and went a bit over what's going on in the insurance market. All in all very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them. (Old review: Not sure what's happened with this place. We signed up with them a few years back and they were great. Now its impossible to get a hold of anyone. Broker passes it on to an admin as contact point, admin has a backup, nobody answers anymore. Been trying to find out the reason for an increase in the policy and have had several rounds of emails and voicemails that are not responded to. Odd, because a few years ago, they were very responsive and got back to me within hours, now its like pulling teeth. They either grew a lot and did not increase staff, or I don't know what's going on.)
