Called this branch to get more information and clarity on home health vs. hospice care and I spoke to Kami - she was a breath of fresh air and my family and I did not realize how she was able to connect with us so much in just a short call, she was so patient and kind and listened and answered all of my questions and it has been a scary time for us as we transition my mom into this new phase of her life. I cant thank Kami enough for not only listening to us but sharing her professionalism - Her passion for the community shows and we hope it serves you as much as you are serving them! This group is supposed to provide in home nursing care while my husband receives antibiotics through a Picc line and a Curlin pump. The nurse they sent didnt know how to use the pump or how to draw blood through the Picc line. I have called several times for help and they have done nothing. No blood labs have been done which is required to monitor the infection. Bridge is supposed to be goodnot so far!

Would definitely not recommend. Many other quality options to choose from when you are considering home health for either yourself or a loved one.

Absolutely the WORST! My mom died within a MONTH under their care. I wrote to them, called them to try and have then take my mom to the hospital to be checked because her other kids had taken away all my mom's meds, but they didn't help at ALL.

This place is the worst in care for your dying loved one. Do not trust this company. They are only in it to bill the insurance company. They lied repeatedly to me about the care of my mother and having comfort care meds on hand for my dying mother. There were no meds. They weren't ordered. They do the blame game; they never take responsibility for what they didn't do. They are good at trying to cover everything up. My mother passed away and they called me 19 hours later to let me know and only after I called them to ask where is the nurse who confirmed the death? I had to call them. How sad is that? Use a different Hospice program. There are others out there. I wish I was given an option.. so I could've done my research. They promise you the moon.. and do nothing to comfort your loved one. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'd rate them at ZERO stars.
