        Dr. Uppal has really helped me turn my health in the right direction over the last three years. She keeps current on new advances in health, nutrition, medicine, and alternative treatments. Dr. Uppal has a great combination of Caring, Knowledge, and Expertise. She will be my primary doctor for the rest of my life and I can't recommend her practice enough. I have had many doctors good and bad over 56 years, and she is by far the best doctor on my list and has helped me the most manage my immediate health needs, improve my long-term health, and longevity.
