Absolutely fantastic experience. I called ahead and let them know that a different shop had messed my hair up and I desperately needed their expertise. It truly felt like I had the whole team helping me when I arrived for my haircut - everyone was so kind and empathetic and I walked out of there feeling so much better about my appearance. I didnt really know what I wanted I just asked her to fix it and keep it as long as possible and she did an incredible job and told me to come back a week before my event so that she can provide some finishing touches once my hair grows back a little bit. She truly is an expert and an artist at her craft and I highly recommend this salon. If I could give 10 stars, I would! !!

I came here to get a perm and it turned out really nicely! The staff were accommodating and friendly, giving me a variety of options on how to treat, maintain, and manage my hair. Definitively recommend going!

I have tried a lot of hair salons in the city and was not satisfied until I met Sora. She is very professional and kind. I am willing to visit her again.
