I got my hair done by Brooke for the first time and she was amazing, definitely will be coming back. We had a thorough consultation to make sure we were on the same page before she transformed my hair. Brooke is so kind and talented at what she does and I was very happy leaving with my new hair. She took her time with my hair and explained the process as it was happening. Brooke gave me the blonde I always ask for but never get and Im so grateful!

Brooke is amazing! First time Ive ever come out of a hair appointment completely thrilled and happy with my hair. She spends the time to get to know you, what you want, and best of all delivers results! She is so sweet and is extremely personable, makes the appointment go by so fast. If youre looking to find a new hair stylist, look no further, Brooke is the best!

While I enjoyed sitting in Brookes chair and the end result of my hair color (full highlights) was okay, the overall experience was a letdown. To start with, I was slapped with an unexpected $150 extra charge without any prior notice. This was unacceptable and I wouldn't have chosen to go with it had I known in advance. She offered to do a balayage with the highlights and I said no and I was clear that I do not want to pay extra. Additionally, the repeated comments about my "coarse and too thick" hair were unprofessional and left me uncomfortable. Moreover, despite the decent hair color outcome, my hair still have lots of grey hair and some spots in the back look darker. To add insult to injury, I sought opinions from other salons in WC before writing my review and it was made abundantly clear that I had been overcharged. Service: Hair highlighting

Unfortunately my experience was not similar to the other ones. I went there and felt something was off since the beginning. I am Latina and my hair is thick and I could tell by the way she was looking at my hair that she did not wanted to work on it. I felt the vibe and said to her I was leaving and she could take the deposit because she was commenting over and over on how thick my hair was and how much work it would be for her. She said she could do it, I said to her ok lets give it a try. I did not like how it looked. I came out just like I went in, same color no difference but a money piece she did in front. I left and I then sent her a picture with how marked my base root looked and not how we talked in the consultation of doing a transition from the dark root out to blonde. She said she could take me in again which I appreciate but refused to style my hair, so I was going to walk out with wet hair after paying over $300. I genuinely felt I paid her money to just do a money piece in front and nothing else. If you have thin hair she is great but doesnt work with other types of hair. Wasted money, wasted time. I should have followed my gut since the beginning. Had to share to save other people money and time. Gave two stars because the money piece looks nice. Service: Hair coloring

Brooke is the best! I had my first hair coloring service EVER with her and I absolutely love it. She does amazing work and is so professional. I was nervous to color my hair for the first time, but now after Brooke has worked her magic, I'm going to be a repeat customer for life!
