        This hair is the cheapest hair I have worked with my client only used it once its ugly and they dont give you enough of it for the price

        I am a long time customer and the quality of hair has significantly decreased. I purchased a new bundle of hair on October 22, 2023. The hair tangles, sheds, and is nappy. I am having to spend more time on the extensions than my natural hair. It so tangly that when I comb my hair it rips out my natural hair and the I tips falls out. I spoke with Shannon and customer service she didnt not believe and only off me hair oil or to send the hair back for investigation. They will not refund nor send me quality hair. I was patient and respectful but not I am upset that theyre not taking my concerns seriously. They also mention some costumers are sent quality silky hair and some get tangled and coarse hair. Save your money dont not buy from this company!

        Products from this company are not the same from when I was purchasing years ago. The hair does not have quality. As it use to and its really sad because the prices are not reflecting that. I truly believe you get what you pay for thats why my expectations were high for the hair and this company. Im not sure if its the fact that a lot of people are now transitioning to tape-ins so the quality of bundles are now going down or what but I was truly disappointed with the quality of the hair that I purchased.

        Thank YOU SO MUCH! Very kind people. I did not get my hair done here, however, I was lost on my way to an appointment and thought my appointment was at the location, upon getting a contact from lady doing my appointment it was next door, but I had already walked far from my car and it was raining and was late. So I went to my appointment. When I got out it was pouring rain. I thought the gate was locked at their facility my brow stylist came out with me to help, realized, they left the gate unlocked and left this nice note with me, I really appreciate you guys! I had gotten laryngitis and lost my voice and my brows were starting to get wet but you were kind to leave it open and didnt have to. Thank you for your kindness, I had the my stylist shut the gate behind me.
