BEWARE - Really awful communication skills, has zero time to see her patients, her office doesn't respond to anything on time, zero proactive approach to treatment.. Waited weeks to get into see her to find out that I had to run more blood results to then her on a 10 minute call with me letting me know to see someone 'more knowledgeable' than her at UCSF and at that point doesn't even give me a referral. REALLY the worst experience that i've had with a doctor in my life - no next steps, left me even more confused and she literally had no answers for me and I waited months to get this outcome from her. What a waste of time. There's plenty of other kind and good doctors in this field - go find one

Dr Zheng and staff are wonderful. Easy to get an appointment, easy to get through to the office and Dr Zheng is great at following up

had a great experience, super easy and organized and facility was top notch. Nurses were wonderful and Dr. Zheng followed up with all the detailed info and biopsy report two days later. Highly recommend.

Dr. Zheng and her staff have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Dr. Zheng is an expectational Gastroenterologist. She focuses on finding the root of the issue and continuously follows up with her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Zheng for any gastroenterol issues.
