Dr. Chin does excellent work. I never thought Id say this but my colonoscopy prep and procedure were a breeze. The prep he uses is easy to do. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and woke up feeling great. John Muir nursing staff were incredible. Great experience overall. It really is about the doctor. Prior experience with another doctor was a nightmare.

1 month to be seen by his assistant through a video chat that prescribed the wrong medication without EVER actually seeing a doctor or any office visit. The meds where too high dosage, incompatible with each other and did not match symptoms at all. Even the pharmacist questioned when giving me the meds. STAY AWAY!!!!
