Joel is the guy you need to call to assist you with your living trust, estate, and probate issues. On top of knowing what is needed, he is very accommodating of personal situations, even being willing to take care of people in the hospital. He was very helpful to me and my family when my mom was dying from cancer. Do yourself a favor. Do not wait until it gets to that point.

My wife and I are in a second marriage. We have seven children between us. We established a Living Trust a few years ago. Last April Joel called us and informed us of changes in the laws and asked us to come in to make sure our trust was up to date, which we deeply appreciated. I am the Administrator for a friends estate and we are still waiting for a court date due to the will being challenged. She passed away September 14, 2000. If you do not have a Living Trust, I highly recommend you contact Joel. You do not want to leave your loved ones with a heap of problems.
