        I never write reviews but I have been so disappointed with this place I had to. Last year I had a pair of jeans hemmed here and they didnt listen to my instructions. Then I had to pay them to have them fixed to the way I originally wanted them. But, they turned out pretty well so I decided to give them another shot. I needed a button fixed on my jeans so I brought them in. I sent my house sitter to pick them up while I was on vacation and not only did they say they couldnt fix it, but they sent the jeans back without the button I brought in to be fixed. So now if I want to take them to get fixed elsewhere, I dont have to original button the pants came with. I have no idea why they wouldnt just return it with the pants, but I will not be returning to this store.

      Hello Maddie, I’m sorry for this issues in the past and happy to hear that you decided to try us again. As for the Jean button that you needed replaced the one that was dropped off with the order was damaged on the back side and should not be used. As we do not stock Jean buttons normally and could not match the style that was present on the pants in size and color and printing. I would be happy to look into ordering something for you but both buttons would need to be changed out. I can be reached at 925-872-2344.
