Haven't been to the dentist in years. As you could expect, I was quite nervous. So much so I even brought my husband to the appointment. Almost instantly, dr. Kelso built a rapport with me putting my mind at ease. I would recommend this professional to anyone who suffers from dentophbia. Was a great pain free experience.

I need to make an appointment with Dr. Kelso and I called his office. It took long time to get the receptionist on the phone.The receptionist who answered the phone was very rule, unfriendly and unprofessionally. Being a receptionist is to represent the image of the company and it's the first impression give to your patients to make the patients feel like the office is a comfortable and a pleasant office environment. Especially for dentists offices.  It should make you smile and happy when you talk to the receptionist over the phone. Advices to the Dr. Kelso is that hiring a nice, friendly receptionist can add much more value to your practice and to make your each patient smile so we would be happy to have you fix on our teeth.

Dr. Kelso is probably one of the most gentle dentist that I've ever been too.  He explained my procedure in a way that made me feel like I wasn't going to run right out the door when he was done explaining everything to me.   Once the procedure was done it was like he said,"normal procedure".  They did give me an after hours phone number for me to use if I did have any problems, but the procedure went well and no need to use it. I have to go back in the future for some follow up procedures, I feel better that Dr. Kelso will be doing the work.I'm not afraid anymore!  He can do all the work that needs to get done. He's defenetly made it easier for me to go back to have it all done. Dr. Kelso is also a pleasant person to talk with,his office staff is very kind and too, also nice to talk with. The office is clean and in good shape. But, the biggest deal was the dental service and it is top notch.  To me thats all that matter. Dr. Kelso, Thank you so much for not putting me in too much pain! You are great. I look forward to seeing you in a few months..Diana Rolfe-Ball
