        Safe and quiet neighborhood. Lovely place to live. Well maintained. Parking spot everywhere. Compared to condos on Civic Dr and others in the area, this is a much better condo in Walnut Creek.

        There are water shut offs just about every single week. They shut the water from 8am to around 5pm. If youre lucky theyll email you in advance. Im renting here and was considering buying a place here, but after dealing with the constant water shut offs, I wont. You have to pay hundreds of dollars inHOA fees just to not have reliable running water. I wouldnt recommend this location if you value having access to running water.
