AT&T Store

Max was so friendly, very helpful and patient. Didnt make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision at all and took the time to explain things to me. He helped me figure out the cost for a new phone and gave me quotes for when I go back to set up a family plan. He wrote everything down for me and made sure I understood how to set up my new phone when I got home. Exceptional customer service, thank you Max!

Overall, a useless store if you are going in for the internet service and cable. Plenty of misinformation given to me to end the service due to moving. Specifically told me I could only cancel services by calling, not by app. Guess what? The phone service said we could have ended service by app and not gone through the hassle of calling for 3 hours. I am sure the store is fine for buying a cell phone and applying for cell services but that is it. Other qualms is the location is not good for handicap access with a lack of handicap parking nearby and paid parking being in a very narrow entrance parking lot that has an even narrower curve. The store is also understaffed for a weekday, which seemed to be a problem with the "queue" system not matching store layout.

All of the people there were amazing! Micheal and Zachary helped me set up my new iPhone 15 pro! They helped me set everything up and transfer all the data from my 13. All the staff were nice and friendly, Thanks!
