Toupin Construction

I recently had the delightful experience of contracting with the craftsmen working for Toupin Construction located in Walnut Creek California. We had a difficult job as much of the potential work was not seen at the time of bidding as any damage would be hidden from view as it involved dry rot inside a wall as well as in the floor caused by a long-time leak from a shower as well as outdoor rain. We quickly discovered the perfection, care, concern and awesome attention to detail that Tim (Owner of Toupin Construction) has instilled into all his employees. They were so polite, careful in their work to prevent any mess, water, or debrie from migrating to other portions of the house. They were also most honest and finished the job quickly and the price was below the bid. We have heard of the sterling reputation of Toupin Constructiion but now fully understand the reason for their reputation and demand for their services throughout the area we live in. If you are lucky enough to contract with Toupin Construction, you will not have to worry about the quality, expertise, exactness nor outcome of the work being contemplated. I have had many experiences over the years with a great number of contractors and none have the sterling outcomes that Toupin Construction accomplishes. I have had many contacts with others that have used Toupin Contruction, and the outcomes are equally stunning. You may have difficulty obtaining his services because he and his team of craftsmen are sought after consistently throughout their service area. If you can obtain their services, you will have no further worries on the outcome of your work.

Toupin Construction completed significant remodelling work on our Concord home. Wall removal, complete kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, complete garage transformation and an exterior update. Toupin were excellent at communicating with us, calling or messaging nightly to let us know what was planned for the next day. The contracts and financial agreements were clear and easy to understand. The workers were friendly and efficient, always willing to explain something and always had solutions before letting us know about any concerns that popped up. We used another company for a second bathroom renovation due to scheduling, but had instant regrets, we will only use Toupin Construction going forward.

Toupin Construction Toupin is great! They did a complete remodel of my 1964 condo. They opened up a patio with clerestory windows to be interior space. They installed engineered flooring, installed soundproofing, painted, replaced windows throughout, did a remodel of two bathrooms, and the kitchen. I am a fussy customer, but everything was done to my wishes and satisfaction. Tim Toupin is very knowledgeable, and will not steer you wrong. Their design team is top notch. All the workers (carpentry, plumbing, electrical painting) are great guys. There is never a worry leaving them in your home. After the remodel, they were on call for any little problems that arose. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
