I was driving from Sacramento to San Francisco for work on a tire that had a decently-sized leak. I was calling every tire shop on my way over to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick patch and no one was available. I called the Walnut Creek location and I think it was Antonio who answered and said it was done on a first come, first serve basis so I decided to take the chance.
I stopped by, Antonio recognized my voice and checked out my car right away. He told me my tires were due for a change in a couple months and I asked if it was worth it to just change them then to avoid potential problems like this in the future. He said that wouldnt be a bad idea and gave me a buy 3, get 1 free deal that was going on at the time. I mention this because at no point did I feel like I was being sold a product or service that I didnt need. Everything came up naturally and my questions were answered in a no-strings-attached way.
Naturally the tire change would last a bit longer than some patch work so I borrowed a car from someone I knew in the area, but even still they got my car done in less than two hours.
I definitely need to take better care of my car but Im grateful for Brian and Antonio for being there at a moments notice when no other place could be and providing excellent service. Ive been a Big O Tires customer since I got my car but this will be my go-to location from now on.
