Made an appointment for an oil change and smog repair through the online form. The email in response to confirming the appointment was incredibly unprofessional. Once my car had been dropped off for over three hours, I called to check on the status, only to be told it was sitting there waiting for me to come pick up the car. I just had a loose gas cap and they didnt even change my oil, WHY did it take 3 hours?? I wouldnt recommend going to this place due to the timing and unprofessional nature of the situation.

Were first recommended to me from a trusted mechanic when I needed an alignment after buying tires elsewhere last year. Decided to try A-1 for tires for another car. They offered multiple choices with great prices. Helpful communication and were able to fit me in and complete work promptly. Love the new tires, will use again
