Crash Champions Collision Repair Walnut Creek Main

Last week during the storms I hydroplaned and caused some damage to my car. With the adrenaline of the accident I had my car brought to Crash Champions to make sure that there wasn't any further damage done. The next morning I spoke with Vince who let me know that the damage to the vehicle is only cosmetic and that I can come pick up my vehicle. They sent a shuttle for me as I didn't have another vehicle handy. Once I got to the shop, Vince went over the details of the car - they had popped my headlight back in, straightened the bumper, and even washed off all the mud. When I asked what I owed them, Vince let me know they had done the inspection as a courtesy. In a scary situation, this was the light in the darkness I needed. Thanks again guys!! This place is terrible. They had my car to fix a front fender bender and had my car for 3 months. They finally totaled my car because they did not want to work on it. They say my car estimate was more than allotted but my insurance was going to cover it with 1k left on the budget. They are lazy and choose which cars to work on. They promised me a 2 week turnaround and it became 3 months! I do not reccomend this place.

I DO NOT recommend.anyone take their car here . Theyve had my car for 2 months and They told me it would take 2 weeks . My insurance company has paid them out and theyre still just telling me a bunch of stories and havent returned my car yet. This is the worst service and business Ive ever dealt with, and they still have my car .The sad thing is ,there wasnt even that much damage to my car. It was a slight bumper. They dont communicate with me.. I have to call every week & they tell me a different excuse . Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my repairs. I am only giving them 3 stars because it took 3 weeks to get my car back. Not sure who's fault it was, theirs or car parts, but, when I expressed my disappointment, the Manger's response was unprofessional and unnecessary. A little compassion goes a long way.
