Mark did a will/trust for us some years back decent service. However we just recently requested if he could send a soft copy over of a deed that he had as part of our documentation, presumably where he stores all his electronic files. Without being made aware if there would be a fee for this, not letting us know what that fee would be, we got the docs, but days later shockingly got a bill for nearly $200, simple to email those docs. I was based on a bill rate of $360/Hour. I would not trust this man or his firm to do any work for you.

I am 77 years old and a little over a month ago, I lost my loving wife of 54 years. We had talked about establishing a trust but just never got around to it. My oldest son & his wife had previously had Mark set up a trust for them. They were very happy with the service and the product they received. My son picked me up and took me to Mark's office. Mark thoroughly discussed trusts, including the pros and cons. His knowledge of trusts is beyond approach. Part way through our discussion, I felt like I had known Mark for years. I found Mark to be very professional, thorough and timely. For the professional services Mark provides, I do not think you can find anybody better than Mark.

Mark provided excellent estate planning services for both myself and my Dad. He simplifies what can be a very complicated process, and showed extreme patience answering all my Dads questions who is hard of hearing and has difficulty speaking. Highly recommend Mark!
