The caregiver had hidden from me that she had asked my mother to sign a contract, and the caregiver was claiming that a substantial amount of money was due. I cannot say enough about Scott and his office. Scott if very professional and experienced but we could always reach Scott and his office whenever we had a question or needed to discuss the case. My mother was being taken advantage of financially for years. Scott helped me and my mother get through a very difficult situation and ultimately obtained a very good outcome for us. I would strongly recommend Scott Fikes to everyone I know that needed an elder abuse attorney and would use him again in a heartbeat.
