        Richard Vasquez of Vasquez Benisek & Lindgren LLP has harassed me via email over $9.99 (!!!) subscription payment. He literally sent me 8 emails. After I politely explained that all he had to is simply unsubscribe and won't be refunding the money until he cancels as he appears to be still using the service. He insisted that I committed fraud and I will face consequences over $9.99 bill (!). Here are some of his most horrifying threats and creative insults: "What a child. Good luck staying afloat. "Refund or face the consequences." "You processed my payment without authorization. I expressly confirmed you are not authorized to charge me. Now I have to turn tommyiur [sic] company in for fraud." " One last chance. Terminate the charge past and stop." Do you still want to hire this unhinged guy to be your attorney?
