0 stars. DO NOT RECOMEND. Have left 4 single fixed income elderly women homeless for over 2 years since they Rossmoor units caught fire. Exploited them regularly for high-pressure sales upgrades to their rebuilds and then have failed to rebuild at the high end units at even a basic contractor grade state. Planning process was a total nightmare and now building has begun they've barred anyone from speaking directly with the contractors. It's a total nightmare that's left my elderly mom homeless for 2 years and still paying the $1500 CoOp condo coupon. It's devastated our entire family financially after my grandmother's passing and the fire. There has been zero grace or compassion for the death and utter destruction experienced and now they've ghosted the residents and are rebuilding whatever they want with zero communication. It's verging on criminal conduct and someone needs to have them investigated.
