Oak & Iron

My wife our baby and I just moved in from Europe and we are really happy here. It hasnt been easy for us these first days but every single person from Oak and Iron Staff have been really helpful for us. Starting from like office manager, office assistant, maintenance team and so on. And you can find nice neighbors all around here too. They have also been very nice to us since we arrived. Great location, very close to Walnut Creek downtown, very clean, big and renovated apartment, new equipment and great atmosphere all over the place. Amenities are on point too so we definitely recommend this Location if u are thinking about moving to Walnut Creek

This review in only based on our unit. We're in one of the older ones so it's dated but functional. Management however, Dayna, has always been very helpful in our stay. The maintenence crew deliver on the job when requested. The location is convinient. Only 20min from my live-in job. Grocery stores, hospitals, downtown Walnut Creek and all it has to offer is nearby. I can easily lyft my folks to and from their places of needs. My parents called this home for the past 5years and I'm very much grateful for it! Another thing to add: fairly a safe neighborhood. No weird stuff--speaking for the building my parents are in.

The move-in process was made fast and easy! And as soon as I had a maintenance request it was resolved immediately. Dayna and the rest of the staff here are really friendly and always willing to help.

I just moved into an apartment at Oak and Irons Lincoln Ave location and it was SUCH an easy and seamless experience!! I was definitely a stress fest during the entire application and move in process but Dayna was extremely responsive to all my emails and helped keep my anxiety down. My apartment is perfect and whatever little things I needed fixed before my move in date were done promptly. Overall such an incredible experience and Im so excited to live here!!
