Park Regency Apartments

We have not been able to get our mail delivered since November, the property manager does not live on site. She also doesnt care, she rolled her eyes at me earlier today when I went to the office to get an update and I requested they communicate appropriately with their tenants. I just reached out to law firm to see if myself and my neighbors can sue. Update: Im now moved out and its mid March- the mail boxes are still broken. That property manager sucks, they need to hire someone else.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but Im just so upset. They did a power wash on the outside of the building a few weeks ago (which was also pretty unnecessary and just annoying in my opinion, the building looks the same) and ever since then we have lots of bugs in our apartment. Pest control was supposed to come last Tuesday(since they only do it Tuesdays) to spray in our apartment but we didnt have the time to take everything out out kitchen the night before so we rescheduled it to this Tuesday. We took EVERYTHING out our kitchen cabinets and drawers which took a couple of hours and we were waiting for them to come the next day. My roommate even called that morning to confirm and they said they were coming. When they were still not there aroun 11am I called and I was told the pest control guys had already left and they didnt come to us because we supposedly didnt give permission to enter. They tried blaming it on us when we clearly told them last week to come this week and my roommate also called to confirm. They could have also just knocked on the door since I was home. When I called management to try and find a solution I got a pretty rude response and again they tried blaming it on me saying they tried calling us to confirm but neither of us ever gotten a call from them.Hung up on me without letting me finish talk, I actually had another maintenance request but the lady on the phone just rudely hung up on me because she got into an argument with my roommate which has nothing to do with me. My car also got broken into while parked in their garage as well as our mailbox.Why even have gates when they are always open and there is never any security or cameras?? I feel like the apartments are kind of outdated as well since we always have some kind of issues. One good thing about them is that the maintenance usually responds really quick and fixes the issue. I just think the management at park regency is rude and doesnt care about their tenants and I think they should either be replaced or work on how to talk to people and handle things better.

Do not move here. Useless property manger and her minions will not do anything to resolve any issues you will have and trust me you will have many. From people breaking into your car, to people parking in your spot, mail box will be broken into, this place is gated but there is absolutely no security. Neighbors will steal your packages and management wont do anything. If you have issues call straight to their corporate office in Beverly Hills, just search Domino Realty Management Company. It took me 5 months to get an insurance claim done because they lie and lie and lie until they get their way. I moved out of this place because of Ashtyn and her poor management along with her employees. I almost sued but had to call their corps to get answers first before I do and thankfully their corporate office answered otherwise they would have continued to dodge my calls and emails. Ridiculous.

"I regret living in this apartment complex. The management has been extremely rude and unprofessional. They have a tendency to charge unexpected fees without any clear explanation. It feels like they have no regard for their tenants' financial well-being. Additionally, there have been instances where they threatened legal action without proper justification. It's disheartening that honesty and transparency are not prioritized here. I would caution anyone considering this complex to thoroughly research and consider their options."

I am posting what I had posted on Yelp and I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. In my Yelp review I said I would absolutely not recommend this place, I had never gotten my car broken into until I came here. Not only that it was broken into twice. Don't let their gated community trick you. Also, our mailboxes have been broken into multiple times, as well as, the other buildings on the complex. Management did not communicate to residences to let them know. Management communicates when they have a complaint themselves (i.e. pick up your dog poop). When I complained about the lack of communication to residences, she stated that crime was happening everywhere and I told her, what are you guys doing to prevent from happening?! She had no answer. The only thing good about this place is the response time for maintenance and for these old buildings, we've put a good amount of work orders. Don't waste your money and don't risk your safety moving here. We moved here due to the convenience of my husband's work location but we learned the hard way that we shouldn't have. Also I would place 0 stars if I could but Google wouldn't let me. The picture is to show you guys the "communication" that they gave to people whose mail got stolen. This was ours.
