Untrustworthy. Unprofessional. Does not follow through his promise. Estimate/invoice was promised but never completed. No reply to messages and emails, completely cutting off communication. Promises will be made but will not be kept. You will lose money AND time doing business with him. Look somewhere else. Should not be in business.

My Lay-z-boy motorized recliner needed repair. An internal mechanism had broken. I tried the Lay-z-boy recommended people who never even answered the phone in two days of trying. I found Scott on the internet and boy am I happy I did. He replaced the broken plastic part with an aluminum piece and just in a day or two having had to order the part. He's very professional yet super friendly. I highly recommend him and will go to the "Custom Comfort - Lay-z-boy site next to list him as a highly recommend alternative to them.

I would highly recommend Scott for any custom furniture/ cabinetry built.  I had him build a custom mantle made from mahogany with ebony pegs. A rather unique design,  I knew I had to have someone extremely talented and I was not disappointed!  He was very thorough, measured, built a template, cut the mantle to exact specs, added finish and installed the mantle, on time.  A real craftsman and true professional.  Couldn't be happier with the finished product.  I would not hesitate to commission Scott for any future wood working build.

Over the years my husband and I have collected a motley crew of dining chairs.  Nothing matches and we like it that way.  However, all of our purchases are antiques, pre-1920's wooden chairs and they had become more of an entertaining fun ride than a stable sitting chair.  I did a search and found Scott within a few miles of my house and gave him a call.  I took the chairs to him and voila'!  I can safely sit in my chairs without the worry of it falling apart under me.  They are as solid as new! The work was done in the timeframe Scott had said and I am very happy!
