I do not do business with the company. I just want to share my experience today with the company. I live on base. We only have two companies who does water softeners. The companies put up a special key thing up for them to open the garage when the resident isnt home and gives permission for them to enter while gone. The previous people who lived in the house had the water softener. I was not aware of what the key thing was until today. (I have a camera in my garage) There was a worker who showed up today (while i was at work) who opened my garage and invited himself in. I do not have a water softener in my home at all. The company needs to have their workers check the address before they just open a garage. And they also need to knock on person door before doing any kind of work. When I called the manager he seemed to not really care about what happened. All he really said is that we can remove the equipment and that is all. That there is no repercussions for the worker.

Rayne of North County was an absolute pleasure to work with. They hooked me up with a water softener and whole house big blue filter. I was very impressed with their professionalism and patience. I needed a water softener for my home and spoke to one other company. While the cost was similar, I went with Rayne North County (RWI) because they were so thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns. And I had A LOT of questions. They were able to come out quickly to do the job. Kurt and Jimmy did a great job in installing the piping and softening/filter units. Kurt patiently answered my deluge of questions. They cleaned up nicely, and I had soft water in no time. Now my skin is no longer dry and crusty from Olivenhain Municipal hard water. Another aspect that I was particularly impressed with was the aftercare response. I had a freakout moment where I felt like scale was building up and that there might be something wrong. They were responsive and willing to address any concerns I had. I kind of figured out the issue on my own, and it had nothing to do with the softener nor installation. For those curious, there was scale build up from my husband running the Mr. Steamer steam shower for 30 minutes a day. I think the issue may have resolved itself now that there is soft water running through it. Thank you Rayne of North County!
