My order has been in pre-shipment status for over a month, i have reached out to support 4 times and have yet to receive a response... my order was over $100 and at this point i just assume they have literally stolen it from me.

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now. That ended today. Tracking shows my order in Pre Shipment status for over two weeks now. Contacted Customer Support and even left a voicemail. No response. Sent an email. No reply...as a matter of fact, it wasn't even read! I'm done. They have messed up my orders in the past, but to be flat out ignored is unacceptable. I will be cancelling payment through my bank and suggest others to do the same. **Update. I received my juice in the mail today...over 2 months after it said it was "Shipped". No explanation, no apology, no nothing. I'm done.
