DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Placed an order nearly two months ago. Trying to get an update on the order. I have left multiple voicemails with Sean and their "customer service team." I have also emailed their two different emails. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Order number 4007340

Customer service is non existent. I received part of my order after three weeks and have called numerous time with no response. I have left voicemails and been patient. I have sent three emails and no response. When I ordered the parts I needed the website said they were in stock. I would avoid using OEM tool parts at all cost. I am now without my parts and out the money I spent on them. Really disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would.
Update:
Within 24 hours of writing this I was miraculously contacted by customer service saying my order was going to be shipped and asking me to consider revising my review. Stating they are just too overwhelmed to answer the phones or an email in a 3-4 week time period. To me this only makes things worse. Having to write a poor review just to get customer service is unreasonable.

Absolutely terrible business, will never recommend anyone use this company. I left multiple voicemails and emails and not even a courtesy response. Order#4007414 since it seems they only respond to inquiries after they get a terrible review (which is the majority)
