Plum Paper

This company scammed me out of 75 dollars for a planner I never received. They will not respond to any of my customer service emails either. Currently in the process of filing a claim with the FTC. They are not a BBB approved company.

Assuming the product will be ok but the processing and shipping time is entirely too long; it takes nearly a month to arrive. I understand the 2 week processing time as this is a custom product but the 11-13 day shipping should be avoided. (Customer pays for the shipping and reviews state priority shipping did not help and most were refunded the cost of the upgrade to priority shipping.) No one wants to wait an additional week and a half on top of the 2 week processing. Could easily be 5 stars if Plum Paper changed their shipping policy.

Plum Paper is the best! I have loved your products for years. Plum Paper has great prices (more affordable for the type of planner that I would buy at an office supply store and I think they are better quality; plus I get to design the planner to fit my needs, not just what is offered on a random shelf. Customer service (chat, phone, end email is prompt, responsive, and the representatives genuinely seem to care that the customer gets exactly what he or she needs and will work for him/her/them . My only caveat is that when entering pre-printed dates (which they do now and I LOVE!!!!!) is that the actual year of the event cannot be used as the date automatically defaults to whatever year for which the planner is being madeand that is a huge (but my only) thumbs down for Plum Paper.

I just happened to find Plum Paper when searching for a new planner. I was instantly intrigued by their name. Then I discovered their amazing products. Building and customizing my planner was simple, fun and the choices were endless. I had made an error in my ordering and they reached out to me BEFORE printing to offer the correction. Couldnt be more thankful for that. Their customer service was impeccable. I just received my order and am beyond happy and satisfied with my planner. Its beautiful, high quality and all the extras are amazing! I am so happy with it. For a custom made planner, I think their turn around time is awesome. Got my planner in a very timely manner. Even my friend in the Netherlands received her custom planner in a very timely manner. Cant wait to get started. Thanks Plum Paper! Im looking forward to my monthly stickers to arrive each month. Ill definitely be using you again.

A friend of mine found Plum Paper while we were chatting online about planners. We both started looking into all kinds of options for costumizing and add-ons immediately. All the options for your own cover design!! Just amazing. There are so many cool features that it makes it even that more special. The delivery was super fast! I put my order in October 10th and today (October 19th) I received my package with a beautiful planner and all the amazing stickers. For costumized planner and international shipping to The Netherlands, the delivery is really, really fast. I am impressed! I'm very picky with stickers, because they are, 9 out of 10 times, just not my thing. But stuckers from Plum Paper are just the way I want them to be. Thank you, Plum Paper for amazing products and great service. I am going to order a second planner very soon for my fitness and nutrition purposes. And of course more stickers for both planner and more!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
