Gregg and Gilbert deserve our utmost praise and recommendation! From the very beginning they were very communicative, fair and friendly. They helped us identify what the best solution for our stair project would be and even then, they blew us out of the water with the end result! You can tell Gregg and Gilbert genuinely care about the quality of their work. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result!

Gregg and Gilbert did an amazing job. I'm glad we chose them to build our stair railing. They are very good at what they do, and they are easy to work with. Gregg spent a lot of time getting the wood stain color just right, so that the railing matches our stairs. I appreciate that attention to detail very much. I highly recommend hiring Staircrafter for your project.

Greg Kuzara is the worst contractor I worked with on my home rebuild. Our project ended on a very bad note after he laughed out loud at my questions and I insisted that he speak to me professionally. From the reviews below it seems like he consistently makes people feel like their are being "picky" - when in reality he is defensive about being questioned about his work/design. If you are a detail-oriented person and concerned about how your home should look, keep searching for a better contractor to work with. Additional details: on our first meeting Gregg didn't show up because he "forgot" about our meeting. When we rescheduled he didn't bring any samples and told me I was being too "theoretical" about the design (because there were no physical samples to discuss...). And don't tell him if you are an engineer or else Gregg will threaten to up charge you 20% for "asking too many questions."

Gregg and Gilbert were real pros. They have been working closely together for the past 7 years and it shows with everything they do.  Gregg created the design for our replacement staircase after we chose a something we liked from their photo gallery of completed work.  He was very communicative during this process with prompt followup.  They arrived on time as scheduled.  They were very conscientious about walling off the area with plastic to minimize dust and dirt throughout the house.  They effectively demoed the old and installed a great modern staircase in our home.  Gregg was a perfectionist about matching the stain color with our existing cabinets.  When they completed the redo, they thorough cleaned up the area.  We are very please with the end result and highly recommend their work.
