Fortunately, for Jeff, he hasn't needed my services. But that's because if ever there was/is a human with an over abundance of positive energy, it has to be Jeff Underdahl. In 2022, right before the Feds started raising interest rates, I listed 2.5 acres with Jeff. Needless to say when the uncertainty about mortgage rates had buyers holding off until rates settled, I didn't expect a quick sale. But uncertainty is no match for 'Super Jeff'. Armed with a lot of enthusiasm, infectious smile and that twinkle in his eye, he seemingly just reached into his hat and found multiple buyers. So, bottom line is if I ever sell my current home, or buy other RE, (and Jeff hasn't retired by then), I will definitely ask Jeff Underdahl for his help and you should TOO!.
