Great people, however the location is grossly undersized for the volume of people that go to this suite. I would suggest you go to another location if you are on a tight schedule. If you have the patience of a saint and have an extra hour to burn then this office is for you. The team is great, and they are very kind. Just not the place to go even with an appointment.

Went to drop off specimen at 2:30 and the doors were locked already. I could see that people were still in waiting room. I knocked several times but they wouldnt open. So now my specimen cant be usedhave to start all over again! Not a happy camper!!!

Waiting over 2 hours. Waiting room is near full. The pace of patients being called is very slow. Perhaps understaffed? This wait for a simple blood draw is ridiculous.

2 hours to get some blood drawn, the whole waiting room filled.
Got there 0815, check in on the robot kiosk, get called in at 0920 to verify address and insurance. Wait 40 more minutes till called in the back. Blood drawn within a few more minutes.
Not a very good experience from a patient's perspective.
