California Karate Academy

Ive taken my son to California Karate Academy for a couple years, closing in on 3. This is hands down one of the best places you can take your child to learn martial arts, acquire discipline, and to just have fun. Every single instructor there is top notch and really care about the progress of your child. You can tell they all have a deep love for training, teaching, and inspire the kids to have the same. Head instructors Mikita (both of them), as well as Master Arango are excellentlots of attention to details and making sure your kid is becoming something more. My kid is in their Black Belt Program which is amazing! Not only does he learn karate, but weapons training and Brazilian jiu-jitsu as well. In addition, to regular training they have summer camps and Ninja Nights which my son always looks forward too. Ive seen a dramatic change in my sons character, as well as a drive to become a good martial artist. Hes taken so much off of the mats, and has applied that same drive and discipline to other areas in his life. This is also encouraged by their star program. Could not recommend more for any parent looking for a great karate/BJJ school to place their child in. Amazing studio.

This school is amazing. The instructors are energetic, passionate, experts, and are a delight to be around. My son has been going here for years, and I have finally started going as well. I couldn't be happier. Tang Soo!

I have never met such selfless staff! Their interest in making their students thrive is their #1 priority . Speaking first hand I can tell you that my daughter benefited TREMENDOUSLY from this studio . They are attentive, caring, patient , all whole being strict to their teaching to make sure your child learns, and most of all RESPECTS the art of Tung-Soo-Do. My husband, myself and my daughter love the staff greatly , love their the studio, and love their drive and passion for the art of tang-soo-do. Thank you all the staff for making our last 2 years so memorable. We love you and appreciate all your time you committed to lilys growth. We are forever freatful and we HIGHLY recommend this studio
