Ordered the Aircast A60 from an Amazon seller.... the box looks as though its been thrown around the dispatch area then kicked from one end of the warehouse to the other. The size does not match the description, i would say its a shoe size 6 not a 9. Very disappointed, Amazon seller will not refund, Amazon not interested in helping. I will avoid this product and DJO Global from now on, along with the Amazon seller -'feels like christmas ltd'.. . Feels anything like Christmas.

These people should be in jail. My kid went to a doctor who unfortunately works with them and got a wrist strap which is 30 dollars on Amazon. They billed 200 dollars for it. Insurance laughed and they should laugh - who pays 200 dollars for a wrist strap. Now I am stuck with a 160 dollar bill for basically a wrist strap.

Product - Post op square toe shoe.... ankle strap velcro ineffective. The strap just gives way and you step out of shoe. Hard to trust you are safe when walking when this happens. After less than a month the boot walking base has cracked!
Billing - tried to pay bill and was told I had to wait until DJO could get it ready... this after insurance company had already mailed me statement. Paid bill online when invoice did arrive - started getting collection calls 4 days after paying invoice and payment cleared bank. Attempted to return collection call and female told me rudely system is down and hung up... next day I called and got a very rude gentlemen who could not figure out my payment confirmation information, just said bill not paid status and I needed to talk to accounts receivable to figure out why.
Would give zero star due to multiple negative reasons.
