        I was searching for a specific hinge and saw a number of re-sellers with them, but decided to check directly with the manufacturer. I am glad I did. The ones I needed were not showing up on the website. I called and spoke with the kindest and most helpful person I have run across in a long time. I failed to get her name, but wanted you to know you have a gem of an employee. She was able to fill my order with stock that was on hand, and helped me through the order process and had them shipped out that same day! Talk about a fantastic experience. I was able to meet a new clients deadline and got it done under budget with the better prices straight from Youngdale.
