        Closet World was wonderful! We're glad we chose to redo 3 closets with them because we got a lot of value for our money. Our sales representative, Adriana, was incredible and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She helped us with our design choices when another company originally fell short and I knew we were in good hands with her. She was an excellent communicator and we knew she always had our best interest in mind. The installation was all in one day (only one installer) and had one small issue with a rod being cut too short. However once I shared this issue with Adriana, they rectified it immediately within the week.

        Evelyn the sales rep. Was awesome and knowledgeable. I have a peculiar closet shape and the options she offered as a design made it difficult to decide, they were all well thought out. David the installer was professional and clean. He did a great job providing solutions for the unexpected. Best of all, he had a great attitude. It was a pleasure to have him at our home.

        The experience my wife and I had with Closet World was disappointing and upsetting. We were visited by a representative by the name of Anahita Aftahi, and were ready to get the job done. We had a set back and decided to get the work done at a later date, so we decided to cancel within the timeframe given to us. We were given the cold shoulder from the company, who decided to keep our $750 deposit. I was told by Anahita to call the office, and the office directed me to write an email. My email was sent on April 3rd, and I have not heard a word from the company. This has been a very disappointing experience, and now I'm out of $750. Unprofessional outfit!
