My wife and I are extraordinarily pleased with the service and professionalism from Direct professional. They were able to accommodate all of our residential needs. We have 2 dogs, and they were able to work around our pets and provide exceptional cleaning service. We set up a reoccurring cleaning schedule every 2 weeks, and it helped to lower the stress of cleaning our home since both of us have careers. Thank you!!!

Not worth it. The owner really didn't care for the employees or the clients. Just getting her name out there.

Well, I was looking forward to receiving their services. They offer a great move-out cleaning. Very inclusive. I scheduled a time and day and then last minute received an email that my cleaning was canceled because of a conflict in their schedule. Okay...rescheduled after and argument with Andrea over my house having one story, not two and the price went up. Now I think it's canceled again because I texted her asking for a discount for the inconvenience to me. Very unprofessional. Scattered. Terrible customer service, defensive, aggressive, unapologetic, no offers to accommodate me. Now we're stuck scrambling to find a cleaner before we leave the state.
