        Worst experience ever, trying to schedule an appointment to see a doctor, they put you on hold for an hour and then they say we call you back, and they never call you back

        The worst communication we have ever experienced.. scheduled my 4-year-old son to see a doctor after spending 3 hours on the phone and then the day of the appointment they notified us it was canceled because that doctor doesn't see patients under five complete BS...we're going back to memorial care
