I was really hoping this would be a 5-star review to keep inline with this company's previous reviews. Unfortunately I had a different experience... I called the company and spoke personally with Steve, the owner of Sierra Pacific Fence, regarding the details of a fence repair that we needed to have done. He said he would be happy to come out and give us an estimate and then offered a scheduled date and time the following week. I gave him the address and we confirmed the meeting. The following week I took off the morning from work to meet Steve, but he did not show up at the scheduled time. Fifteen minutes after the appointment I called to ask if he was on his way, but only received his voicemail so I left a message. No response. I then texted him. No response. Any company that has such disregard of people's time is not one I would do business with nor would recommend.

My wife and I were searching for a skilled fence contractor to install a relatively expensive vinyl fence product.  The regional distributor recommended Steve and Sierra Pacific Fence as their top choice.  Steve immediately responded to my phone call, was willing to price match other contractors, and even had a proposal emailed to me that same day.I look forward to working with Steve and Sierra Pacific!

We were very pleased with the work that Sierra Pacific Fence did for us recently. Steve and his crew came when they said they would, and very professionally installed our fence.  They knew what adjustments were needed for our terrain. His men came in matched company logo t shirts, were courteous, and had very good ideas for more fencing for us in the future. Our neighbors had a very different company and crew  do their work  with loud music, shirts off, smoking.  We will be doing business with Sierra Pacific Fence in the future. Working with them was a pleasure!
