Sunny (General Manager of Vista location) and Rafael were super helpful throughout my entire experience with Sunbelt. I rented a 36kw generator and couldnt of been more pleased with the experience. Sunny helped coordinate a pintle hook hitch, ensured the unit was ready on time and helped with a smooth return. Both gentleman were extremely professional, kind, and had stellar customer service. I definitely recommend this location and Sunbelt to anyone! Thanks to all for a great experience!

Customer service is non existent. 2nd time I have rented equipment that did not work since becoming Sunbelt. Equipment is not checked before it leaves the site by staff. No oil in chainsaw and blade fell off during first cut. When I returned they didn't even ask if I wanted another saw, say sorry. Just handed me my refund like it happens daily. This place was great when it was Vista Rentals.

Terrible service, any minor inconvenience they say its not their problem.the prices are a joke

Dont bother going to this location. I received poor customer service by the front desk. When getting the concrete grinder that I rented, employees proceeded to give a grinder with more than half the pads missing. Bought 3 pads at 20-25 bucks and still havent gotten the pads that I have paid for.
