This is very very disappointed! I really enjoyed going there Ive been coming to this lady for over 2 years. Very nice very welcoming I would take her all my dry cleaning clothes. Over time Ive noticed my some of my clothes would be missing. Since I took her so much clothes and trusted her I didnt count the items when picking them up. She would not make it obvious she would take 1 to 2 garments at a time (when I took her 20+) when Ive realized so much of my clothes were gone. I asked her and she got offended. She knows she took them. I will never ever take any of my clothes there again. Very sad and disappointed. Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Please take your business elsewhere!  I brought in a skirt that needed either a snap or an eyehook to keep the zipper from coming down.  I purposely bought this skirt for an event that I was going to.  I was told to pick it up in a week.  Well a week later and there's a sign in the window stating the shop would be closed for 3 weeks!  As in anybody who had stuff in the shop couldn't get it for 3 weeks.  So the event I bought it for?!? Couldn't wear it.  Then when I went again to pick it up a week after she said she'd be back, another sign in the shop saying she'd be gone for another week!  I finally went in to get the skirt and no apologizes about being closed for so long and when she handed me the skirt NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE.  She literally said "Oh I don't have an eyehook, SORRY!" handed me the skirt and walked away.  VERY unprofessional.  I'll bring my items elsewhere in the future.

She did an AMAZING job cleaning my massive wedding dress that had nature all over it. She also cleaned my husbands suit and my large faux fur coat. Truly did an awesome job and I am really grateful for the quality/ price.
