My car was left like new again after a bumber to bumper accident, the shaws were very straight forward and professional since the beginning and kept me updated on the progress of my car, I highly recommend this auto repair business, my friends and family definitely asked for their business card after seeing the great work they did and how great my car looks again. Today I took my husband's truck to the Shaw's Auto Body Shop for basic things my husband wants done. My husband is deployed and this is to be a surprise for when he returns. I called them and the lady asked me to send pictures of what I wanted done and the VIN number. I did and she told me a time to come in. As I got there and started telling Mr. Shaw what I needed changed, he immediately began shaking his head. He proceeded to call my husband dumb for taking his fender flares off and called him dumb multiple times through out our visit. Fender flares is something my husband doesn't want on his truck. I told Mr. Shaw that many times. Mr. Shaw also told me how he doesn't have time, which is fine but he also proceeded to tell me he wouldn't want to spend the time doing these things. I was also informed by the Shaw"s that their business is too up and coming to focus on a task like this.  After calling other auto body shops and informing them what I want done and the service I received at Shaw's, I was informed how that behavior was extremely unprofessional for their line of work and to not ever take a vehicle to them.  Extremely poor customer service!!!

Solid, family-owned body shop. They did a great job with my car, were fair and extremely easy to deal with. I hope to not need their services in the near future, but will recommend them to friends/family.

Scott and MJ worked on my car this past week. The Autobody work is done at their home. They are professional and the work was beautifully done in a timely manner. The cost savings was such a pleasant surprise for very high quality work. Thank you Shaw's Auto.
