I was invited to check out how "Apartment Life" works in this community during a Pie & Game night at Presea Apartments. They have an amazing community relationship and I see how essential it is to have "Apartment Life" coordinators integrated into a community like the "Persea Apartments". Everyone there enjoyed the pie , games and coffee but I can see how much they care for residents by connecting them in person and creating long term relationships.

The staff need to work on professionalism, respecting their residents and follow the state laws. I have had many issues with the staff being rude, lying about a few thing and my family and I (military family) have experienced discrimination, retaliation and intimidation from the staff and nothing is being fix nor am I being allowed to report them.

One word to describe the vibes of this place: Astounding. Modern architectures. Superior customer service and luxury amenities are the definitetion of Persea.. Update: After 6 months of living here, I started to realize after month 3 that the surrounded area is extremely unsafe, ghetto, sketchy and dirty. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place, this is definitely not it. So many young people with loud cars, parties, plenty of street noises. It is incredibly annoying with young people driving loud exaust cars and partying all the time.

This is such a cool place to live! There are fun events every month and it's been cool to meet people here. The leasing staff is really great too.
