Burger King

When we got there. There was nobody at the counter. There was a lady standing there but she was waiting to be helped. Slow service but the food was yummy once we got waited on. They did apologize for the wait.

I come here for lunch since I work close by. A little bit of a wait but that was ok. My food was hot and delicious and the cashier was really friendly

When ordering from the drives through was laugh at when placing order drives up to pick up window the male employee was Rudy and wantadi to argue do to the got the order wrong I asked for my money back the management Vannisa was ruder than her employee. Do Not go here. Poor customer service

Ordering Whopper, Whopper Jr, 4 PC poppers, bottled water, and med iced coffee. $20.00. When I got home I looked at receipt...They charged almost $8.00 for the Whopper. Those poppers were nasty. They needed salt and it tasted like imitation cheese. Gross. I'm trying to locate the receipt but I may have tossed it. Burger was good, but overcharged. I believe it's due to location of being across highway of Wyndham Hotel and Visalia airport. One person eating, but using WiFi. No one at counter. A little bug belly up right outside door. Atmosphere and decor blah. I think this is place is new, but it's not NYC.

Do not go to this Burger King. The manager there, Byron, refused to give me the posted price on their freezes. The sign at the entrance of the drive thru states "Frozen drinks offer avaliable for a limited time. $1 each. ©2023 Burger King Company LLC." However, Byron refused telling me that it only applied to one of the flavors, not all. The sign stated it is a frozen drinks offer. I cannot contact the general manager listed on the door because there was no phone number listed for him. The franchise general manager's name is Hector Arteaga. I suggest the general manager contact this unit and have a serious discussion with the local manager about business and how to address customers. They should remove that sign if it isn't valid, too. The law requires an item to be sold at the posted price regardless of whether the price is an error on their part.
