        Roberto is so amazing. He guided me on my tire purchase and really listened to my concerns about saving money on the purchase. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The only thing missing at the store is coffee for the waiting customers. Otherwise my appt was exceptional.

        The truth is that when you buy everything is very good, but we are never careful to read the guarantees we buy, and they are very clever in waiting for these to expire to offer you new products (tires) when beforehand they should make recommendations, in particular buy warranty for 60,000 miles, I only used 30,000, I moved my car a little in 5 years and now they tell me that the tires are bad and they have to be replaced with new ones and that the warranty has expired, how unprofessional
