        The staff is hard working, that have to deal with many difficult situations of all levels. Very under appreciated, and further more, Family Builders do their very best to keep a positive outlook, no matter what they are faced with. The children under the care of Family Builders are treated with the upmost respect, including the biological parents. Please do not let the negative feedback cloud your judgement. There are countless children needing the love and care that an agency like Family Builders provides. If you make the decision to become a foster parent/Resource Parent, or even adopt, please do it with and open and sincere heart, with pure intentions on helping the children.
