Called for an inquiry on a house loan. The person whom I spoke with was friendly to a point and said they would send a online application so that I can apply but I never got it.

We applied for a loan online yesterday . We provided everything and the next day came no phone call or message saying "thank you we received your information we are working on it . When 3pm came I called to talk to Nancy her assistant said she was busy so I asked her to lose my number and to get rid of my personal Information I'm going thru bay equity in Fresno . Great job Nancy and team . You lost a client for life and I'll make sure if anyone mentions your company I'll tell them about how you guys care for new clients.  Wasted my life with you guys . Lesson learned. Do me a favor go back to the review page on this crappy company. Hit newest to oldest on reviews . Look at the past few reviews. It's on the same topic they don't get back to you , whatever they are doing is more important than you . Your not valued .
