Josh is by far the best realtor ive ever worked with. He is very outgoing, knowledgeable, punctual, and prompt. I have learned over the years to always research and carefully select your real estate agent. This time around my research led me to Josh. Though there wasn't an abundance of reviews the ones that existed were all positive. Looking at his site and his photos on listings that he has held they stood out amongst the many others that I looked at. It was clear that Josh brought a level of care and effort above those of many of his peers. All of that being said, Josh met all of those expectations and then some helping us to find and purchase a home quickly and was always available for questions whether it was about the house or what local place to get wifi or a drink.
