Iggy and team have been nothing short of spectacular. From beginning to end (and even past closing), theyve been extremely helpful, supportive, and responsive. I have been looking for a property for a long time and have worked with many agents in the past and although most have been kind with good customer service, Villa Group has exceeded all of my expectations. They are quality that want you to find exactly what youre looking for. Even after closing, Iggy has basically been on-call and I recently even called him at 8 in the morning because I locked myself out of the house! Iggy, although sick, answered and promptly came over. He made calls to people he knew that may be able to help me get into the house. He then stayed with me until help showed up. That is not just service, but genuine kindness. And as we all know, genuine kindness is almost impossible to find these daysespecially when people out there are just trying to make a quick buck.
