Brought my wife in today funny after leaving a review a bad review for the rude PA when my wife started coming here now they won't let me back with my wife makes you wonder what are they trying to hide I think it's time to find another clinic

Front desk ladies were nice and polite but dental assistant that took us back was very rude from the start. She needs to work on providing better customer service and on changing her rude attitude.

Too bad there was not a zero star review. My primary Dr.Banoni which was a horrible. She will not sign papers for you even though she gave you days off from work . she tries to throw it to another dr which will be passed around from building to building for no one to sign even though it was Banoni who has to sign it. They give you a direct number which goes to an answering machine which no one returns calls back to you. Dulce dont return calls to you after they say they will call you back. And Lizette will tell you theres papers to pick up in Hanford. Which there was no papers at all good thing I called first before I went because thats a 30 minute drive for nothing. Hanford doctors had no idea what I was talking about. So pretty much lizette is a liar and doesnt want to help. Receptionist were the only good ones there. And Dr. Banoni will prescribe the wrong dosage for your child so becareful.

The staff is super nice and the doctors are great! The waiting time is super quick as well. Great place! Definitely recommend.
